Almonds represent a functional and above all natural energy concentrate. Rich in calcium, magnesium, and vitamin E, they are the dry fruit with the highest amount of fiber (12%). In Shelled Almonds, packaged in controlled-atmosphere and differently-sized bags, are available in two different varieties: Tuono and Pizzuta di Avola. IN Almonds are recommended for the preparation of desserts, nougat, for praline-coating and confectionery . They are perfect to be consumed as dry fruit or roasted in the oven, ideal for aperitifs, quick snacks as well as an “energy supply” for athletes.

Shape and colour: Regular oval flat, it has a hard and smooth shell with tiny holes. Its seed has the shade of an ellipse, flat and as red as leather red
Use: It is the almond chosen by confectionery and,in general, by the most evoluted cooking. Recommended matches: white wine and Italian spumante Brut.
