It is an honour and a pleasure being included in the guide “Terre d’olio 2017”, a guide to the fifth edition of the Maestro d’olio Academy by Fausto Borella, a touchstone for those who would like to know, a few weeks away from the olive harvest, the best excellences, discovering the most beautiful places to visit in Italy. The guide describes the best 150 Italian olive farms with more than 250 tastings of olive oil made from different Italian varieties and cultivars; written in two languages, Italian and English, the guide includes, among other things, over 500 among the best Italian hotel and catering businesses.
“Our mission – says Fausto Borella – is to make the high quality olive oil known. This year, more than others, we will extend the distribution of our guide on an wide national network”.
