“Sicilian flavours Unesco world heritage”: that is how we will introduce ourselves at Tuttofood, the international food exhibition that will take place in Milan next May from 8 to 11. We have chosen to participate in order to tell about this corner of Sicily through its most beautiful suggestions: those that pass through senses to become flavour, scent, and memory of the ancient traditions connected  to the territory and to the values of the agricultural tradition.
With our finest olive oil, from this year also present in the guide “Terre d’olio” by Fausto Borrella, the PGI wine Terre Siciliane, produced in the sunny lands between Noto and Pachino, and the other agricultural products of the new productions (preserved food, honey, almonds, olives) we would like to tell the experience of two young businessmen who look to the future following the path of a priceless tradition.
The chef Carmelo Cappello will join us. On the 9th and 11th of May, he will prepare two different tastings: one inspired by the sea, by its precious and refined echoes; the other inspired by the land, by its herbal and mineral shades included in the sweets and salty varieties of our products.
On the 10th of May, instead, there will be a technical tasting of the extra-virgin olive oil organized by Emanuele Nobile, the oil expert of our firm: he will lead the specialized press and the enthusiasts to an exploration of the production varieties, of the manufacturing process and of the sensorial and nutritional characteristics of the oil through the presentation of our range of production.
Visit us at Pavilion 7 stand V30, you will experience a walk through small tastings of Sicily.
