Symbol of the indissoluble bond between the Sicilian land and local farming, our wines are the product of the best Sicilian vines and grapes. Processed in old vineries and stored in oak barrels, they preserve the authenticity and flavor of the centenary winemaking tradition. An idea sprung from the combination of an extraordinary wine blend with the fashion world, where the fashion designer Gianni Stracquadanio has “made a dress” for the line “Gift” of the IN wines. Taste and style are combined together and give life to two fashionable bottles, one of red wine and one of white wine, for which the artist has chosen the name “Love”, in the name of that feeling that always gives life and guides every noble relationship.

Tasting notes: intense and fruity (grapes and small red fruits), soft and fresh, a light fragrance of plums, black fruits and spices
Vol.: 13-13,5% depending on the year
Total acidity: 5,4 g/l
pH: 3,40
Malolactic fermentation: yes
Ageing in wooden barrels: no
Soil type: white, calcareous, mixed soil texture
Altitude and position: 40-60 metres above mean sea level, with light slopes facing the Mediterranean sea from which the fresh morning breezes blow
Production place: C.da Coste fredde, Municipality of Noto
Vineyard density: 5.000 plants/hectare
Vine training system: Guyot
Pruning: spurred cordon
Grape yield: 8-9 tonnes/hectare depending on the year
Harvest time: end of September
Wine working system: destalking and crushing, fermentation with peel for 6-7 days at 26-28°C
Preservation and ageing: in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, bottling: the following May/June after the harvest
Bottle preservation: 3-4 years in a suitable environment at 15-16°C
Serving temperature: room temperature, in summer or in a warm place, cool the bottle to 20-22°C
Recommended pairings: roasted meat, red meat, aged cheese

Soil type: white, calcareous, mixed soil texture
